How much does permanent lighting typically cost?
The planning ranges above are useful ballparks, not fixed packages. Every home is measured and reviewed before a final proposal is prepared, so you only pay for the system and installation your architecture requires.
What affects the cost of permanent outdoor lighting?
Coverage length is the largest factor: a longer roofline requires more track, LEDs and installation time. Peaks, corners, dormers, gables and breaks add complexity, while building height and access affect how the work is completed. Front-only coverage generally costs less than a full home or detached garage. Track requirements, lighting zones, component quality and installation detail also shape the final proposal.
What should I expect on installation day?
Many residential installations are completed within one or two days, depending on the roofline and access. We coordinate the date with you in advance. You usually do not need to be home for the full installation, although we recommend being available for the final walkthrough and app setup.
Do you offer financing or payment options?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available for qualifying projects. Ask the AVENZA Lighting Concierge or request your estimate to explore the options alongside your project scope.
Is permanent lighting only for holidays?
No. Dedicated white gives you natural architectural light, adjustable from 2800K to 7000K for everyday evenings. When the occasion changes, choose from more than 16 million colours, holiday patterns and custom scenes—all from your phone.
How is the system built for Alberta?
The 24V system uses IP68-rated components and materials selected for rain, snow, moisture, freeze-thaw cycles and winters down to −50°C. Components are UL and cUL listed.
What warranty and lifespan are included?
Eligible AVENZA LED modules are protected by a lifetime LED warranty, eligible system components are covered for 10 years and covered installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. LEDs are rated for up to 100,000 hours. Technician and labour fees may apply to product-related repairs even when replacement components are covered. Final written terms are included with your proposal; Signature Care is optional and is not required for warranty coverage.
